Who runs this platform
This exam platform is operated for your school. Your school owns and controls its data — accounts, exams, student responses, and grades — and decides who can access it. We operate the platform as the school's service provider.
What is collected
School email addresses and roles for sign-in; exam content written by teachers; student responses (including voice recordings only when a student uses dictation); grades and teacher feedback; and an audit trail of actions on the platform (such as sign-ins and exam events) kept for accountability.
Where it lives
Student records and all stored content live on Canadian infrastructure: servers in Beauharnois, Québec, and authentication hosted in the AWS Canada (Central) region.
AI features
Writing suggestions, voice dictation, and exam-import structuring are processed transiently by specialist AI providers under zero-retention data processing agreements: content passes through for processing and is not retained by the provider or used to train models. A current subprocessor list is available to your school.
What never happens
No advertising, no tracking for marketing, no sale of data. Exam content and student work are used to run exams — nothing else.
Your rights
Access, correction, and deletion requests are handled through your school, which remains responsible for personal information under Québec's Law 25 and Canadian privacy law. Contact your school's privacy officer; the platform assists with every request.
